House rules

  1. Guests are welcome to the villa from 3:00 PM. Check-out time is until 12:00 PM.
  2. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please always inform the villa administration about your late arrival by calling +370 626 37 787.
  3. If you wish to check out later, please inform the villa administrator in advance. A late check-out fee will apply (half-day rate).
  4. A prepayment of the agreed amount must be made when booking, which will be deducted upon check-out.

    In case of reservation without arrival at the agreed time or shortening the stay, the payment is non-refundable.
  5. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and inside the villa. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of 100€.
  6. Guests must return the key to the hotel administrator upon departure.
  7. Thank you for taking care of the villa’s inventory. It is prohibited to take items belonging to the villa and/or service provider out of the villa and territory. Please note that there is a material responsibility for any damage to the inventory. Payment for damaged inventory or other material values ​​is made immediately.
  8. Villa guests compensate for the material losses incurred by the villa due to the fault of guests or persons invited by them:
    • Key breakage: 20 EUR
    • Keychain breakage: 5 EUR
    • Damage fee: 100 EUR per person
    • Sink / shower / toilet breakage: according to the fact
    • Lock breakage: 20 EUR

      Note: The size of other damages (not listed) is determined by the administrator’s decision. Guests must fully compensate for the damage caused.
  9. Parents or other caregivers are responsible for the behavior and safety of children. If damages in the villa are caused by the actions of minors, the parents or guardians must compensate for the losses.
  10. Only the number of persons specified at the time of registration can stay in the room without additional payment. Without additional payment, persons can stay in the rooms no longer than until 10:00 PM. In this case, the person who booked the room is responsible for the damage caused by such persons.
  11. Clients must comply with fire safety rules. It is prohibited to burn candles. In case of an accident, immediately call the emergency number 112 and inform the administration at tel. +370 626 37 787. The emergency number 112 summons the police, fire brigade, and ambulance. The first aid kit is available at the reception.
  12. Villa guests who wish to bring animals to the villa must coordinate this in advance with the villa and inform about it. An additional fee is charged for each animal brought to the villa by the guest. The owner of the animal(s) is responsible for the animal(s) living in the villa and undertakes to fully compensate for the damage caused by the animal(s) to the villa.
  13. Villa guests must immediately inform the villa administration about any noticed technical malfunctions or improper service quality. Otherwise, the villa is exempt from liability.
  14. Bedding is changed no more than every 3 days of stay in the villa without the guest’s request.
  15. The villa is not responsible for valuable items left in the room.
  16. For the purpose of personal and property protection, video surveillance is carried out in the common premises of the villa and outside the building. More information is available at or by email
  17. For your and other guests’ safety, the villa gates and doors are locked from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM. If you plan to return later, please inform the villa administrator.
  18. When leaving the premises, do not leave electrical appliances on, close windows, and lock doors. THANK YOU!
  19. The guest is responsible for their own safety.
  20. The villa staff has the right not to admit persons whose behavior is inappropriate, may disturb the order of the villa, pose a danger to the safety of other guests and/or villa property, contradict public order, morality, and other socially acceptable norms of behavior.
  21. Villa blankets, towels, and bedding cannot be used for outdoor activities.
  22. Please respect the rest of all guests. If other guests disturb your rest, please contact the villa administrator. From 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, the villa area is a time of silence and tranquility.
  23. The administrator has the right to evict persons from the room if they do not comply with and/or grossly violate the internal rules of the villa and demand compensation for the damage caused.
  24. Any disputes are resolved through negotiations, and failing that – according to the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.   25. Based on the service provision, Daiva Stanislovaitienė, individual activity certificate 117010, Pakalnės g. 82, Pakalnės kaimas, as a data controller, will process the personal data of guests and other persons related to the guest assignment for the provision of suitable accommodation services in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. The guest confirms that he/she is informed that he/she has the right to receive information about data processing; to familiarize himself/herself with the personal data processed by the Service Provider; to request correction of incorrect personal data and to supplement incomplete personal data; to request the deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”); to demand restriction of the processing of his/her personal data; the right to data portability; in case personal data are processed on the basis of consent – the right to withdraw consent at any time; to demand that no decision based solely on automated processing be taken against him/her and that such a decision be reviewed.   26. The administrator reserves the right to change these rules without separate notice.
